Athletics Day

On athletics day i was in te awe  and we had our first one we done was the ball frow .with miss wood and the next one we done was the javelin frow i was in a good house team on the day it was fun. there was heaps of people screaming and cheering for their house team. then we had morning tea then the bell rang !RING RING RING! after morning tea we done high jump with a teacher.

After high jump we done sprints with mr j my first heat i came first .then i made it into the semi finals and then i came second and in my finals i came 4 place .my age group was 11 year olds

My favourite toy

My favourite toy is an Xbox 360 because I like all the new games, like Rugby League Live 2 and MW2 for example. My mum was the person who gave it to me . I have had it for 2 years and many more  years to come.

My favorite toy is big and black and noisy. The Xbox 360 comes with one control.

My  Xbox 360 makes me feel happy because I like to clock the game . When I play my game I got to relax on the bed and I like the feeling when I beat my dad or brother at the game . Every time I play my game I feel sad when I lose and happy when I win.

Cross Country

There were colours everywhere I looked. Teachers were wearing funny costumes.  It was cross country day. When I was at the start line I felt  nervous because it was a long race ahead of me. When we took off the crowd went  wild. Kendrix and I were jogging it all the way. It was a sunny day and I was hot as lava. My face felt like it was red as a tomato. My clothes and shoes were very muddy. I was nearly slipping over and I had a big  stitch. The race was long as .

When I was on my first kilometer I felt so dizzy and sick but I just carried on  jogging with Kendrix. When I was  running In the bush walk I nearly slipped over because It was really dirty. I had to run right through a big puddle. I was wet and my shoes were very wet. I stopped running and I started to walk. I caught up to Gabriel and then he just took off and then I  saw James.

I  was in the bush walk and It was really muddy as and there was some people telling as where to go in a bright orange jacket . When I was running I saw a girl run past me so I tried to catch her. I just gassed it past her and I left Kendrix behind me. I told Kendrix to carry on because he had a big stitch and so he just stop running and started to walk me and Kendrix was huffing and puffing .

When I got out of the bush I could hear mr Burt talking and I could hear the crowd. When was on my way to the finish line I was saying in my mind “I can't wait for a big long drink”. I wanted to tip water all over my face. After the race I felt so happy because I came 6th place and I felt tired as. My shoes were muddy as and so were my clothes.

London Olympics

In the London 2012  Olympic games New Zealand has won their first gold medal for rowing. We already have two bronze medals  for equestrian and rowing . In the London 2012 olympics China has the most gold in the olympics. They have fifteen golds or sixteen golds and they have heaps of bronze and silver. On the news I have heard that China is trying to lose so they can get in a better place for the badminton team so they got kicked out of the olympics.

Now is the 5000 meter run in the olympics. We should probably win a gold medal because Nick Willis is a very good runner and he has been training for four years. He is our flag holder for New Zealand and he said he is very fit. In the olympics Michael Phelps is the best swimmer in the world and he has 19 golds. He got in trouble for smoking bad stuff but they still allowed him into the London 2012 olympics and he is the best in the USA.

In London there is a place called Kiwi House where the New Zealanders go to support the New Zealand Olympic team.

Archer

The man is focussed on the target and his arms are straight like a stick.
With great difficulty the archer is holding a bow and arrow.
The man’s mind is focussed on the target.
The crowd is quiet so that he can focus on his target.

My holiday highlight

My holiday highlight was when me and my dad went to the movies to watch the amazing spider man . we watch the movie in 3D the actor on this movie was crying heaps and in the movie there was heaps of new actors.

like there was a new spider man and he has a new enermy he is a big green lizard and a new girlfriend in this new movie after the movies me and my went to go to time zone. me and my dad was playing racing game.

Then we played a shooting game and its was cool and then we started playing this hoops game and we went home . the next dad we went to the pools with my cousin in manurewa and we got kick out for bombing.

Maths Whizz

I spent one hour and 14 minutes on Maths Whizz this week.

My Favorite place is the rugby field. I like playing on the rugby field with my mates. Sometimes we play two hand touch and when I play on the field there is lots of cheering and yelling when you score a try. When you do a big hit the crowd goes wild.

My artist is Henri Matisse. He is a very good at painting. His artwork has very bright colours, is realistic and it looks a little bit cool.  He has good colour in his artwork too.

My photo was taken on the rugby field of me diving on the sideline scoring a try. My photo was sort of on an angle and the colours that I used in my art is green for the grass, white for the sideline and lines, and black and bright green. Those were my main colours.
